We start with a high-energy, 2-hour live session (virtual or in-person) to set the tone, align the mission, and light the fire. Your team leaves the room activated and ready.
Each day, participants receive a short, high-impact leadership challenge delivered via email. Every challenge is designed to push thinking, sharpen action, and develop courage in real time—without disrupting their daily responsibilities.
At the end of the challenge, we hold a Victory Call to reflect, refine, and reinforce the transformation. Then we check in again one week later to lock in results and ensure long-term traction.
